Last July 12 to 16, 2022, ten students of Bear Valley Bible Institute, Cebu, Philippines, managed by Neil Oliva Emperado, tackled Paul's epistles to the Thessalonians.
BVBI, Cebu, Philippines, invited 10 students/preachers from different places to a one-week in depth study of Paul's Epistles to the Christians in Thessalonica conducted by Daniel A. Oliva, a former instructor of Philippine Bible College in Baguio City.
The purpose of the one-week study is to enhance the knowledge of BVBI students on the Thessalonian Epistles and to apply that knowledge to their home congregations.
Aside from studying the background of the Thessalonian Epistles, BVBI students wrote essays on various subjects and thoroughly discussed certain topics in relation with their home congregations.
The students/preachers who studied the Thessalonians Epistles at BVBI for a one-week in depth study were as follows: Junven Calijan of Mandaue church; NiƱo Rey Felicano of Kawit, Medellin, Cebu; Flavio Jumawan of Ayungon, Negros Oriental; Alvin Legaspe of Mactan church; Oliveros, Luisito of Consolacion, Cebu; Parilla, Michael Parilla of Hilltop church in Mahalit, Merida, Leyte and Antipolo church in Inangatan, Tabango, Leyte; Antidio ( Junix) Pitogo, Jr of Consolacion, Cebu; Jhobert C. Sabang of Olango, Lapu- Lapu City, Mactan, Cebu; Tabar, Rodolfo, Travelling Evangelist; Torniado, Danilo of Tayud church in Consolacion, Cebu.
