Profile of a Self- Supporting Evangelist: Luisito C. Olivares

Born in San Fernando, La Union on November 29, 1952, Luisito Cunanan Olivares ( aka Lito) can be considered one of the indefatigable self- supporting evangelists in Northern Luzon today.
Having been a member of the church of Christ ( Instrumental) while working in Micronesia, Saipan until 2012, he was led to the Lord's church through Steve Vice, now an elder of Forest Park church in Georgia, USA.
Residing in Ambiong, La Trinidad, Benguet and affliated with the Baguio church, Lito Olivares goes down to Naguilian, La Union and worships with the congregation there.
Now, after the two- year covid19 pandemia, he goes down to Naguilian, La Union on weekends, visiting, exhorting Christians, using a second- hand vehicle, purchased on installment basis.
Naguilian church helps in his gasoline expenses, but brother Lito Olivares uses his own funds for food and other expenses in his edification and evangelistic activities.
In May and June, 2022, with God's help and those of other Christians, eight souls were added to the body of Christ in Naguilian, La Union through Lito Olivares
Prayers of Christians all over the world are requested for Lito C.Olivares as he labors for the Lord's vineyard in Naguilian, La Union and neighboring towns like Burgos, Bauang, Balaoan and others.
