Anao church in Mexico, Pampanga observed her golden anniversary last May 14, 2022.

This local congregation was established 50 years ago through the joint efforts of Christians from Anao, Mexico led by the late Leonardo Salta, among others and the Clark church of Christ in Angeles City, Pampanga.
The late Leonardo Salta and other Christians from Pampanga finished their Associate in Theology degrees at Philippine Bible College extension school in the facilities of Clark church in Angeles City from 1972 to 1976.
Eusebio Tanicala, Daniel Oliva and the late Emmanuel Enriquez, among others, were the main teachers at PBC extension school in Angeles City.
Through Leonardo Salta and other PBC, Angeles City graduates, other local congregations in Pampanga were established, e.g. in Dau, Mabalacat and in San Fernando City.
Now, Arthur Laxamana, a native of Anao, Mexico, a graduate of PBC in Angeles City and son-in- law of the late Leonardo Salta, serves as one of the local and self- supporting evangelists there.
This congregation now meets in her own church building constructed through the joint efforts of the members there.
