To dissuade church members from joining such " holy week" celebrations of so called "Christian groups," various congregations held their own brands of Lenten activities.
Here is a list of these church activities as gathered from the FB posts:
1. April 14-15- Youth Gospel Preaching at Japitan church in the house of Arnel Tayactac in Northern Negros. Results of the two-day and 1 night activity- 7 persons were baptized into Christ
2. Joint church fellowship of Catuday and Patalan congregations in Bolinao, Pangasinan ( 2 days and one night)
3.Spiritual Leadership Seminar at Santiago City church in Isabela with brother Jay Jarboe as main speaker
4.April 16- Pangasinan devotional and dinner fellowship with Kenneth J..Aquino as speaker and facilitator
5.First Rider Camp at Calantas, Dreamland in Rosario, Batangas
6. April 15- Youth Fellowship at San Francisco church at Libertad, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. One person named Dana Pandapatan was baptized into Christ
7. April 16- Two-day Gospel Meeting held at Cannary and Malagos congregations as posted by Bill Caa.
